The full story

Introduction

The context

For over a decade, Grzegorz Szczepański built a thriving B2B business. His companies, Bluecorp, Tiger Team, and Blueberry, distributed top-tier consumer electronics to wholesalers and small retailers across Europe.

In 2024, those companies generated more than 400 million złoty, roughly €100 million, in revenue. That is the mark of a well-run supply chain, deep product expertise, and strong industry relationships. But Grzegorz does not sit still.

Within weeks, he and his team launched their first e-commerce venture, Blueberry, starting on Amazon. What began as a trial quickly became a serious revenue stream. The first month generated €100,000. By the second month, they had passed €1 million. This was no longer a side project.

From bulk orders to individual consumers

The challenge

Selling direct to consumers demanded a different mindset. B2B runs on volume discounts and relationships. B2C e-commerce is relentless: fast, data-driven, and hyper-competitive.

Blueberry did not stop at Amazon. In quick succession they expanded to Allegro in Poland, Pigu across the Baltics and Finland, eMAG in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary, Cdiscount in France, Bol in the Netherlands, and CDON in Sweden.

Scaling that fast broke the manual processes. By the time Blueberry was live on seven marketplaces with more than 400 SKUs, pricing and data could no longer be handled by hand. That is when Multiply entered the picture.

Real-time repricing, one interface

The solution

Multiply solved Grzegorz’s biggest problem: staying competitively priced across every marketplace without giving up margin.

Unlike tools built only for Western marketplaces, Multiply integrated directly with eMAG, Pigu, Cdiscount, and Bol. It also accounted for the nuances of fulfillment accounts, a dealbreaker for Blueberry, which relies heavily on marketplace-managed logistics.

The Multiply platform gave them:

  • Centralized pricing control across every marketplace, with room for the next ones
  • Automated repricing that reacts to Buy Box data and competitor moves
  • Custom margin rules per product and per channel
  • Clear reporting on performance and market trends

Winning on eMAG

A concrete advantage

One standout has been eMAG, a major marketplace across Central and Eastern Europe with loyal regional shoppers.

Before Multiply, eMAG was hard to manage. Repricing by hand across Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary with limited tools meant missed sales and slow stock movement. Multiply’s dynamic repricing let Blueberry win the Buy Box while protecting razor-thin margins, which is essential in consumer electronics.

Smart tools, smart growth

The stack

Multiply was not the only tool in Grzegorz’s stack, but it became the linchpin. Carbon6 handles restocking and forecasting. Helium 10 and Jungle Scout track historical sales and Buy Box changes for cross-checking Amazon. Invoicing and ERP syncing were built in-house.

Pricing and visibility, the core growth levers for any e-commerce business, belong to Multiply.

“Multiply's main advantage: it covers many marketplaces. One unified interface makes it easy to explore new ones. We started using Cdiscount because we saw it on Multiply. Cédric helped connect us with Bol.com.”

Growing without advertising

Price-first

While many sellers pour budget into Amazon Ads and PPC, Blueberry bets almost entirely on price and fulfillment speed.

That puts Multiply at the center of their conversion funnel, keeping them competitively priced and eligible for marketplace promotion, from Amazon’s Buy Box to eMAG’s recommendation engine.

Building for the long term

What's next

Blueberry has 23 employees, about half focused on e-commerce, and it is growing fast. Every new channel has to pass one test: is it supported by Multiply?

The current roadmap includes:

  • Entering Amazon UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Expanding onto Pixmania and Fnac Darty
  • Launching a Magento store wired to price-comparison platforms like Idealo
  • Registering for region-specific compliance, like the Swedish chemical tax for CDON

The bottom line

The result

Blueberry went from a standing start to seven marketplaces and eight-figure retail revenue in under two years. Pricing was never the bottleneck, because it was never manual.

Multiply gave one team the reach of a much larger one: every SKU priced for margin, every marketplace covered from a single screen. As Blueberry moves into the Gulf and new storefronts, the test for each next step stays the same. If Multiply supports it, it is on the map.
